  (CBC, CMP, lipid panels, A1C, and other provider-ordered blood work)

• Ongoing laboratory specimen collection for chronic condition monitoring
  (e.g., diabetes, thyroid disorders, anticoagulation therapy — as ordered)

• Pre-operative and post-procedure laboratory specimen collection

• Blood draws for specialty and follow-up testing

• Swab specimen collection: Nasal, Throat and wound

• Stool & Urine specimen collection

• Respiratory specimen collection
  (including COVID-19 and flu swabs when ordered by a licensed provider)

Legal Paternity Specimen Collection

We offer legal paternity specimen collection with strict chain-of-custody procedures, in coordination with approved laboratories. All testing kits and laboratory analysis are provided directly by the laboratory.

Mobile Specimen Collection

SJ Mobile Nursing does not perform laboratory testing and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. All testing is performed by the laboratory selected by the patient’s healthcare provider or insurance.
