SJ Mobile Nursing is a private-pay service. We do not bill insurance for mobile specimen collection services. Laboratory testing is billed separately by the laboratory to the patient or insurance, as applicable. Here at SJ Mobile Nursing provides professional, RN-led mobile specimen collection services throughout South Jersey. Pricing is individualized and based on the specific needs of each visit.

Final pricing is always reviewed and confirmed prior to scheduling.

How Pricing Is Determined

Pricing may vary based on:

  • Type and number of specimens collected

  • Travel distance and service area

  • Appointment timing (routine, urgent, or after-hours)

  • Clinical complexity or special handling requirements

This ensures you only pay for the services you need.

Mobile Specimen Collection Services

We offer mobile collection services including, but not limited to:

  • Routine blood draws

  • Provider-ordered swab specimen collection

  • Urine and stool specimen collection

  • Legal and paternity specimen collection

  • Travel outside the standard service area

Discounted group rates may be available when multiple patients are seen at the same location.
